A detailed PDF describing all ordering procedures and shooting day preparation will be provided to each school to be distributed to families prior to photo day.

Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the school within four weeks of picture day. 

I provide all the equipment and personnel needed for photo day.

I provide the school with all high-resolution digital files to use for yearbooks, website, school advertising, or however the school wishes to use the images.

I handle any questions from parents and families about ordering and products.

I take staff pictures and will make a collage photo of students.

I am willing to work with schools to provide custom services that fit your unique needs.

Fine Art School Portraits can also benefit your school. You can choose if you'l like a donation of the profit or a set of complementary staff headshots that you can use for promotion or just to share. 

I work with each individual school to schedule shoots any time during the academic year. Fall or spring photo's, it's up to you.


School portraits are usually done in the fall, and parents appreciate having the photos ready to send out for the holidays. Many schools do additional round photos in the spring, and  Preschool Photography at Graduation.


It's easy to find a location for your school's photo day. Anywhere inside that's is at least 12' x 12' OR outside in a shaded area protected from the weather.
